      Yes Madam because I have worked as a freelancer with one consultancy as per requirement I have been provided sometimes 10 lines up tenure is 60 days after taking followup 5 candidate leave the job and even the payout get very less so I think it's a worst concept

    Mam, make a video on how to get the HR internships. In my one recruiter internship the company is not ready to pay to post the jobs on the portals.     Dear. Mam.....❤❤❤❤ You are explaining very well. Thanks for that. I am online math tutor. I have 1.6 years of experience. I completed HRM in FEB. I am trying hard to switch to HR. Since I am working I was not able to join the internships of HR. Later realised interships also inportant to boost the resume and important get the practical expereince. One week back I joined 3 months recruiter unpaid internship. And today joined 30 days internship. And one more internship interview result i will get tomorrow. It is of 2 months duration. If i do all the internships will it make odd sense in my resume because of doing the internships at a time. Will companies or intervewer accepts it mam? Do I need to skip any Inyernship? Or can I continue with the all? I am able to handle all along with my present job. Please let me know mam. Thanks. ❤

In the tutoring company there is growth and no hike. I am worried about my future. But I am trying very hard to get the the job in the HR.
